‘Ronaldo will return to Europe’ – Al-Nassr boss Garcia

Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo may end up coming back to the Premier League in the future after his Al Nassr coach spoke about his transfer plans.

In August 2021, the football world was shocked as Ronaldo returned to Manchester United after being purchased from Juventus for £12.8 million. During his first season back at Old Trafford, Ronaldo excelled with 24 goals in 38 matches. However, his future with Man Utd became uncertain when new manager Erik ten Hag took over in summer 2022. Ten Hag was not convinced about relying so heavily on a 37-year-old Ronaldo and wanted to develop other players. As a result, Ronaldo lost his starting spot and was replaced by Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial, and Antony.

Frustrated with spending so much time on the bench, Ronaldo expressed his disappointment in a bombshell interview, blaming Ten Hag, some of his teammates, and the club’s hierarchy. This led to the termination of his contract in November 2022. Despite his hopes of joining a Champions League club, Ronaldo ended up signing with Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia. Although he has made two appearances for the club, he has yet to score a goal. Ronaldo’s contract with Al Nassr runs until June 2025, which could mean that he will end his career in the Middle East.

Cristiano Ronaldo backed to complete Europe return

The manager of Al Nassr, Rudi Garcia, recently made an intriguing statement about Cristiano Ronaldo. He revealed that Ronaldo wants to make his return to Europe and that he won’t finish his career at Al Nassr. This news has caused quite a stir in the football world, as fans and experts speculate about which team Ronaldo might join.

Many believe that he will end up signing with a Premier League club, as he is already familiar with the division and has lived in England in the past. There have even been rumors that he has held talks with Chelsea and Manchester City about joining their teams. However, it seems highly unlikely that he will return to Manchester United, especially with the current manager, Ten Hag, in charge.

On the other hand, some are hoping for a fairytale ending to Ronaldo’s career by reuniting him with his long-time rival, Lionel Messi, at Paris Saint-Germain. The two legendary footballers have faced each other many times while playing for Real Madrid and Barcelona, as well as during their battles for the Ballon d’Or award. It would be amazing to see them play together, even if they are not at their peak anymore.

In conclusion, Ronaldo’s return to Europe is sure to be a highly anticipated event in the football world, and everyone is eager to find out which team he will choose.
